In accordance with the request of the Vietnam Immigration Department, certain passengers arriving at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (TSN) must complete a personal information declaration before arrival and present a QR code at immigration clearance.

To enhance immigration control efficiency and facilitate a smoother arrival process, eligible passengers entering Vietnam through Tan Son Nhat International Airport will be required to complete a personal information declaration before immigration clearance.
Pursuant to the request of the Vietnam Immigration Department and Official Dispatch No. 1474/CACK TSN, this requirement officially takes effect from April 15, 2026.
Key point: After successfully completing the declaration, passengers will receive a QR code, which must be presented to the Border Police / Immigration Authority at Tan Son Nhat International Airport during entry procedures.
This requirement applies to the following passenger groups:
Foreign passport holders and overseas Vietnamese entering Vietnam with a valid visa via Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
Passengers with Vietnamese nationality and passengers who are only transiting without entering Vietnam.
