Why this matters for our customers
TripWise.vn has always been strongest on air tickets. We took hotel requests, but each one meant working the phones, and every destination was a different relationship. This agreement removes that step: one source of rooms, one process, one invoice.
The hotel directory on this site is still 755 hotels across six destinations — that is what we have built pages for, with addresses, coordinates and distances to the centre and the airport computed from those coordinates. The directory has not changed. What has changed is the booking reach behind it: a hotel that is not in the directory, in a city we have not built pages for, is now one phone call away.
Who WebBeds are
Formed in 2013, WebBeds is a brand of Web Travel Group, an ASX200-listed company on the Australian Securities Exchange. They do not sell rooms to travellers; they sell to travel companies, and the figures below are the ones they publish about themselves:
Put another way, WebBeds is the infrastructure a great many of the agencies and travel platforms you have used are standing on — their name simply does not appear on the booking screen. TripWise.vn now buys from that infrastructure directly.
What it means, group by group

What has not changed
Three things stay as they are, said up front so nobody has to guess.
- A rate is still checked by a person, not printed on a page. Room rates move with the dates, the room type, the number of guests and the cancellation policy. A number printed on a page is almost always wrong by the time you need it, so we check the system and quote the best rate available for the dates you are actually travelling.
- Cancellation terms always come with the quote. Some rates cancel free until close to the date; some are non-refundable. That is stated before you decide, not in small print afterwards.
- Hotel pages still carry no invented photographs or reviews. Our directory is built on open location data, and we publish only what we have the right to publish. Hotel photography will appear when we have the right to display it, and not before.

Pick a hotel in the directory and send the request from its own page. For somewhere not in the directory, call +84 37 463 9192 or see the hotel booking service. Companies with an account go straight to the company portal.
